The story
Built around the embroidery machine.
We started Essex Embroidery to fix what most local print shops get wrong. Logos that pixelate at small sizes. Polos that go bobbly after a season. Quotes that take three days. Our promise is simpler: send us your logo, we’ll come back within the hour, and your kit will be ready in two days.

Our workshop sits on the High Street, two minutes from the Castle. Everything we stitch leaves the building from here — we don’t outsource to print warehouses up north.

How we work
Three things we promise every customer.
Logos done right
Your logo is digitised free over 12 garments and sampled before we run the order. If it doesn’t look perfect, we don’t stitch it.
48-hour turnaround
Standard orders are stitched and ready for collection within two working days of approving the digital proof. Rush jobs in 24 hours where stock allows.
The kit
What we stitch on.
Industrial Tajima multi-head embroidery machine, Madeira polyester threads in 400+ colours, Wilcom digitising software, and a bonded supplier list of UK garment makers (Stedman, Result, AWDis, Russell, Uneek, Regatta) so we can match almost any colour, size or fabric you need.
