Patches are where embroidery gets to show off. A well-made badge turns a plain jacket, cap or kit bag into something people are proud to wear — and detailed, characterful patches are some of our favourite work. We design and stitch custom patches and badges in our Colchester workshop, for clubs, units, businesses and one-off commissions across the UK.

Detail is the difference

Patches live and die on the digitising. We build each design as a proper embroidery file — getting the outlines crisp, the fills smooth and the small text readable — so the finished badge looks sharp, not muddy. Skulls, crests, lettering, layered colour: the trickier the design, the more we enjoy it.

Borders & shapes

Merrowed (overlocked) edges for the classic patch look, or laser-cut clean edges for intricate shapes — round, shield, banner or fully custom outlines.

Common questions

Is there a minimum? No — single bespoke patches are welcome alongside batch runs.
Can you copy an existing badge? Usually, yes — send a clear photo and we’ll recreate or refresh it.
Do you post them out? Yes, UK-wide, or collect from Colchester.
